We've always enjoyed the outdoor life; camping, river trips, skiing, and even gardening!
So bringing the outdoors in with large front windows, private outdoor decks, firebowl, BBQ, Hot Tub... well, just seemed natural.
Helping you find the great escape in this area, whether it be a restaurant or day drive. We have done a lot of exploring and can be a resource of information for you.

Lakehouse Properties
The Stanfield House;
When we sold our farm that was settled by my great grandfather, Earl Stanfield,
we decided to name this house after him in his honor. We hope we have brought the hospitality of the farm with us to the "Stanfield House" and make your stay as comfortable and relaxing as visiting the farm once was to us.

Mountain Oasis: Coming Soon!
We have planted over 144 trees and bushes, and the garden is on this property.
We have a fire pit enclosed by a sand pit so it feels like you are still on the riverbanks camping. Rural and within walking distance to the Arkansas River for a day of fishing, or float! River put in or take out, rock climbing, just walk over to it all!
